1. LICENSE AGREEMENT: You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
   Except where otherwise noted, all of the documentation and software included in the Beyond Legend ("Software") package is copyrighted by Out of the Shade Computer Services ("Author").


2. GRANT OF LICENSE: Subject to the terms below, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and to use the Software.
   
   YOU MAY NOT: (i) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (ii) modify, or create derivative works based upon, the Software in whole or in part; (iii) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software; or (iv) resell, lease, rent, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.


3. TITLE: You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Software is transferred to you. Title, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain the sole property of the Author. The Software is protected by copyright laws of The United States and international treaties.


4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS," WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS OF USE AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE. YOU MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE TO UTILIZE THE SOFTWARE. 6. TERMINATION: This Agreement shall terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described in this Agreement. No notice shall be required from the Author to effect such termination. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.


7. GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. By your use of the Software, you, and any entity with which you are associated, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of California in any lawsuit brought by the Author regarding this License Agreement.


8. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by the Author.
