New Feature: Ownership transfers

Character transfer of ownership. The ability for a GM or resigning player to transfer ownership of a character they created to another site member has been implemented. This will allow a character built by one member to be transferred to a  new owner.

Additionally, the ability for a GM to create a custom NPC and share the NPC with another GM has also been added.
