New Feature: NPC Dashboard

In the NPC Stats page; once you add an Enemy or Ally NPC, their Techniques text box, now has a blue [+] button attached. Pressing that button will open the Fighting Techniques pop-up ... You'll notice after the technique description there will be a green (+) button. Pressing that will auto fill in the selected Technique name to the NPC that trigger the pop-up.
