Update: Character Sheet; The Razor special ability

Thank you again to our vigilant community of members for helping us to identify areas of opportunities or mistakes!

We were recently informed of a special ability of The Razor playbook that was previously overlooked. The playbook's "Disconnected" aspect, where the "Connection" half of the principle balance track is locked until key in-game moves unlocks the track. We are able to implement an update to the character sheet for that specific playbook. This update will disable parts of the Connection side balance track until the track's individual tick marks are checked off as unlocked in the spacial ability section.
