Two-Factor Authentication

As a means to increase account security and prevent potential unauthorized access to your account, we have added the option for Two-Factor Authentication. The TFA option can be enabled from Account > My Account Settings and checking the Two Factor Authentication checkbox. When TFA is enabled; after you successfully login using your username and password, a 6 character randomly generated code will be sent to the email address you used to register your account. You will be prompted to enter that 6 character code in order to continue logging in. There is an ability to save your device for 30 days to allow the standard quick login from your trusted device, however any login attempts from a new device, or the same device using a cellular network, will require the TFA process.

Since TFA requires a valid email to retrieve your verification code, please ensure the email on your account is correct. If the TFA code email is sent to your Spam folder, you may need to add `support@beyondlegend.games` to your contacts list.
