New Feature: NPC Dashboard

For ease of creating new NPCs, some popup triggers were added to offer suggestions for Conditions and Principles based on already used options form the core book Playbooks and NPCs

Additionally, a checkbox for "Not in play" to help organize what NPCs are immediately interacting with the party and which are not in the current scene.
